Tuesday, February 2nd, holds the possibility for severe weather across the Southeast. A Low pressure center is beginning to spin up on the coast of California and this is the one to keep an eye on Monday morning. Before we approach evolution of this Low as it tracks east, we must look at the conditions over the suggested area for severe weather. The Storm Prediction Center has an enhanced risk over northwestern MS, eastern TN, and western AR.

This past weekend, areas in the Enhanced Risk and Slight Risk have been experiencing near record breaking heat and dew-points in the mid 50s. Due to my Weatherbell account expiring and a lack of funds, I have not much more to show in terms of maps.

This post is more of a test and is also my first blog. With each blog (I'm aiming for at least one a week) I'll go for better quality, more clear images, and hopefully more reach. These will begin on a national level and condense to a local level if possible.
